An audience can consist of hundreds at an event or business convention, and it can also be just one person – his supervising manager, a subordinate employee, a fellow manager, a potential client, and more. Every manager also has to use persuasion on a daily basis.

Every manager has public speaking, rhetoric and leadership skills.
